Here are the changes made in the 10/21/23 update:
HALLOWEEN EVENT
Jack-o'-lantern and his minions are back, Protect Dragotaka from this scourge!
Obtain various resources through F1-F2 and F6 modes, then exchange them with Randy (PD4V) for premium costumes and weapons, a medal can also be unlocked.
You will also be able to obtain soul and powder chests as well as DM Coins
Access to the event is at the POW, either through the portal on the island or by Minimap shortcut.
End of event: 12/11
